Welcome to the newly-created ECPL Newsroom!

This past year for ECPL has been full of constant change and innovation. In January, we were happy to announce that ECPL would be under new leadership, with Robert Rariden joining us as Account Manager. His role was to take over the day-to-day operations, implement new ideas and goals, and move the business forward in a positive direction. Robert has been assisted by Cam Maguffee, who has played an expert role behind the scenes with development of new products and overseeing production of current orders. This year of change is setting the stage for exciting doors to open for ECPL and the team. 

What separates this locally owned and operated shop from the rest is working in conjunction with our sister company, Interactive Training Systems (ITS). ECPL is proud to live under the same roof as ITS and use constant communication and teamwork to ensure that both companies are holding true to our 4 pillars: Love, Ingenuity, Self-Awareness, and Heroism. 

Lastly, a huge shoutout to one of the newest members of the team, Alyssa Minch. She joined ITS and embraced her new role to help take the whole shop to the next level. Thanks to her, ITS and ECPL newsrooms will continue to highlight everything our companies have to offer.
